This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…
If you know you got that entrepreneurial bug, count it as a blessing that’ll buy you your freedom from the shackles of a dead-end job, or some 9-5 cubicle life.
I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it absolutely was much more interesting, intriguing and valuable than my days on the streets using the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle like you are in short supply of time, money, resources, by just getting shit done.
One “hack” i use on myself - is developing a sense of urgency and accumulating in my mind the scariest thing that can happen basically don’t get this shit done.
The harder intensity you can have within yourself, your small business that pressure drives you to either have a level of friction or fulfillment, in either case it adds fuel to the hustling power.
To persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t work out will determine what lengths you go, there is really not a way you can accept failure and quit, i've failed 10x more than we have succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to tell how frequently you fail, but i’ll tell you now each and every successful entrepreneur i've met didn't work more times than they have won, the’ve lost more cash than they usually make…
Hustling needs to be a part of your lifetime, i was very blessed and still am to become surrounded by those who have advocated me, which has also increased me believing in myself more. One time i used to be talking with a friend / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a problem) and i remember just hearing him complimenting in my hustle and i also could sense in himself which he believes with what i’m doing. (In those days, i never even met him face-to-face!)

Obtaining the right people surrounding you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you're doing what's right, in the proper time.
Attaining success might not be easy, specially when you're new and starting out, it will take lots of dedication, focus, attention and you has to be somebody who is dependant on self growth. Doing work Doubly harder on myself, in my mind then i do in my business.
Mindset to approaching things is a lot more important than the method that you take action, mindset contributes to creating a strategic mindset where one can harness your specific capability to create maximum results.
Success is really a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster and sadly most people will not obtain it, well you may do, cos you're reading my damn post.

Once i would be a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started on this industry i had more setbacks than many people, i needed dropped outta university within my final year, relatives and buddies poking fun at the fact that i would like to get rich working from home…
I immediateley got into around $40,000 valuation on debt as i bought into a $20k network marketing program then went on a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course on internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your height of pain threshold determines business energy as it means you won't give up when things get tough, and oh boy - they are going to.
A 6 figures is going to be tough. The first 7 figures will probably be tough. A 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, but i possess a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i am. A number of my challenges i face are only so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people wouldn't normally even be capable of understand it, however have a compelling “Why” plus a vision which gets me thru the challenging times. Be sure to have your own compelling future that may drive you forward even if you think all isn't working out.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(

Does such a thing exist, when i really do live events and individuals reach me, instantly installed me over a pedestal like i’m some perfect guy, one guy even thought to me i’m like a God to him. * i desired to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people on a pedestal. What you wear a pedestal is always gonna be out of reach.
Don’t idolise people. Because they're just people
Because folks have a lot of things better than you, doesn’t mean they may be allowed to be put on something from this world, they are still on this planet, and it’s possible for you also. Once i meet immensely successful people i then just know if i would like what they have, i just gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised that this whole thing is just a journey, your vacation, my journey, everyone is over a journey, i respect everyone, not really a millionaire or even a billionaire nevertheless the guy who got pitched by his uncle to join Amway, or some other MLM and is trying to recruit his friends and family. I applaud you to have the guts to take on the fierce realm of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they are shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m the same as my amazing maid that comes to the house using a beautiful smile to clean once a week, i recently do different things, that’s all.
Anyway back to my point, i am still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles about what i’m i doing, how i’m i carrying it out, everything that stuff.
You are going to become human, therefore you will usually involve some shit not work out, for me personally last 6 months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my business and my vision.
That’s what every day life is.
Working with, scratch that - FIGHTING the difficulties, hahahah!
My well being just isn't dictated due to the fact much cash i make or even the need to just have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, the ability to post you - i wish to begin to build schools to guide orphans, i really do some things like that, but it’s insufficient i would like to give more back.
You can’t help the poor if you are one of these this piece of wisdom continues to be bound to me for some time.
So long as I'm learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I am aware I’m in which I must be.
Cash is just one part of one’s life and yes, it’s important - but not the most crucial, well that’s debatable in accordance with your own values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Give attention to gaining momentum, yes - there are programs, systems to help you get results within 30-90 days, but not it will take you longer, so bloody stick with it.
Success just isn't something you just get up and acquire, it’s something you need to work your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they have problems with obligations and so are usually broke and short of money, that leads to some fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for almost any business to get momentum, but remember i have spent more income alone education to understand things i do compared to average person will most likely earn inside a lifetime.
This can be one of the greatest killers of success that i'm responsible for it too, now i recently don’t do anything else if i can’t commit 90+ days to it.
Lesson 4 : The Art Of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Per Month Spending Habit
It’s not every dandy-candy, Once you get the puzzles nailed down and You’ll start making lots of money after you get momentum - yes, more money than you ever made before….
More cash than all of your family, friends, cousins, relatives come up with - when you do that, or can i say before you decide to do that, you must ALWAYS know this….
Always understand the difference between Gross, Net and how much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone as high as $200,000 a month.
It’s scary, initially it really is - then you definitely become accustomed to it - and also the only stuff that matters is keeping that cash.
I’m learning a great deal about this now.
There’s an art form of Getting Money and even more importantly KEEPING IT. It’s easy to get the spending outta control, once you seem like you own an unlimited budget, and you're simply untouchable.
Yes, i personally believed that for a while. Making more millions than ever before, i figured i really could just sit on my ass for 6 months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - both dirty sabotages of success…

Luckily i have a mind that i can process certain things extremely fast, like setbacks and challenges, and in a day, i was concerning this. Gratitude opens the heart and prayer relives anxiety and worry personally.
So that’s things i do much more of to keep me grounded. Should you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.

I'd just discovered out recently i was spending $30,000 each month / £20,000 per month on stuff, stuff i've not even attempt to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
we have not a clue why i was spending that, or the way it accumulated up to now, after 6 months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i acquired slapped up and woken up. No more.
I don’t like budgeting because it kinda defies the point of why i’m in operation, however i begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it therefore now things are changing
It accumulates and can be detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was first a first time and i had made my first six figures - the first 2 yrs the money i needed made,i'd blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging using the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) in my Barclays Bank-account. That sucked.
I recall thinking though - i’ll get this back plus more, because…
I've got a SPECIAL DEEP INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And that i learn how to market.
Still, one year later used to do being a million bucks in sales.
Overall, i'm still studying keeping money, investing etc. It’s a fresh growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Develop a Team Of A-Players & Get A cpa
That jogs my memory, on trading to getting money, hire competent those who can manage your numbers, you have to always be taking a look at your numbers, every single day - many times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team gives you freedom, but also plenty of damn headache, stress, worry, problems should they aren’t the right person of course, if you aren’t the right kind of person to handle them.
Ultimately Delegation continues to be among my biggest techniques to success, over a typical day i might spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email will probably be worth around $10,000 to me, so i invest some time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor will i wish to - i have influence during these subscribers and clients and i respect them also much to ever outsource this.
A few of my subscribers are already with me at night since i have would be a newbie. lol.
5 Years.
Virtually, everything else is delegated, i don’t pay my own bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it was like this going back Four years - now i’m systemising everything more so that less folks are involved and many more is delegated.
Concentrate on running a lean, mean profit machine. Cut fat deposits off and concentrate on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing and your target audience.
I actually do gotta include that you have to also be about the pros from the law
My cousin Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories and so i went and hired a solid-accountant to help you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.
That shit scared me.
These items are MUST DO - you’ll start growing really fast and subsequently thing you know, you gotta deal with employee payroll and shit, it may get messy.
I’ve lost a lot of money when this, plus it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. You reside and discover.
Maybe i’ll share that at a later date.
But i’m alive, we have the ability to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and really everyday above ground is success for me personally, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Develop a Personality That’ll Offer you Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
More and more i’m since the Internet Marketing, business marketplace is being more personal with all of this social networking stuff, you have the energy to make your personal tribe (more because somewhat later)
Use your personality to improve online conversions, to draw in compatible people, to grow your own tribe and cultivate them, help them succeed…
Develop yourself in to a friendly, trustable expert and advisor in your marketplace.
Then add personality - learn who to tell stories, should you aren’t funny, then learn to be funny, if you have crooked teeth, then get your teeth fixed, in case you are boring, discover ways to be interesting and being Considering others.
They're all bits of advice i either paid to learn, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people start and get noticed of the industry, well i did before when i taken notice of other folks, lol, now i seriously don’t much. Attention is safe so i remain focused on who i want / must serve.
As being a personality on the internet is something i learned from Dan Kennedy many years ago.
Present with individuals is magical, be it online or offline, practice being PRESENT as well as in the moment which means - get off the damn Facebook and social networking and get practising being present, the very best relationships which i have built and continue building is because i'm always being a TED instead of a THING (because of Jesse Elder for teaching this bit of wisdom if you ask me!)

Yes, i fast-tracked my way into healing myself once i understood that would be a new experience and i also simply didn’t possess the skills, the competence or the confidence yet to get over this concern.
The relationship was one of many most-growth inducing experiences of my well being, it led a new path to my greatness and educated me in a little more about loving myself deeply.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Made Me Rich
Invest some time alone. Spend some time in solitude lets you reboot/restart the human brain and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again on your own perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO much time alone, i don’t find many people accomplish that. And when i’m alone i might often walk as much as random strangers, usually older people and speak with them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they could share with me.
It makes life easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to other people doesn’t give your mind and brain the opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with ourselves with no distractions provides you with the opportunity clear your brain, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and much more efficiently. Damn, consider this - this web site post is taking me like 3 hours to write and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, hanging out alone is a beautiful thing hardly any people understand. I understand because a large amount of people will always let me know - how come you travel alone ? lol.
Since I travel the world 90% of the time without any help, i can meet strangers, i have confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any moment and so i don’t must be lonely if i don’t want to.
And extremely i really like my own, personal company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending time alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, without the internet and in “Real Life”, walk around, hang out with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking is derived from, no less than for me personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your thing!)
I go Mosque as much as i will, sometimes as a result of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll require a prayer mat and pray - during my hotel room.
However always invest some time in deep prayer.
After i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in everyday life - i do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i do invest some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and get my mojo on
I realised hanging out alone, i get to essentially hone in my clear thinking in ways which i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta get away and spend some time by myself.
Or maybe that’s my excuse for seeing a different country each month. lol.
Buy a simple or perhaps a fancy journal having a fancy pen, go spend $50 on the pen and be proud of currently talking about your daily life, your challenges, your objectives, visions, and dreams. Your life worth living is really a life worth recording.
Lesson 9 : Continuous Self Buying The mind

I never keep back in investing in myself.

However, you must have it in your mind ALREADY and live confidently to attract what you would like.
I really couldn’t provide a toss what anyone mentions me, they're doing their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for dinner.
However these are just people and i also appreciate, respect the things they're doing and where they're at, however that don’t mean i’m any less space-consuming than them. When you originate from that place in which you own your greatness and you are in deep appreciation of your identiity without all the “stuff”….
Then you become a little magical ball of awesomeness.
When i started choosing i is going to do what i want within this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more income for services than anyone else, altered the landscape for several aspects and helped many individuals get more results compared to anything else.

Hire Just a Players, that old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is the thing that you need to live by.
I've probably made more mistakes than i can count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the identical people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself and also the team in the process, some won’t be growing as quickly as you, provide them with time, nurture them and help them grow so when it’s time - you'll be able to grow apart or have them on.
Although i have generated huge amount of money in this industry for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more due to hiring the wrong people. We have suffered from a variety of anxiety, craziness, worry due to the wrong individuals who i've hired and i’ve hired a number of.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is to Recruit Talent, instead of just Developing it.
You merely gotta smile, learn, embrace this and move forward with the learning’s, i’ve started learning far more about building teams, after all i still generated around $5 Million in sales in the last 4-5 years with a very tiny team - under 5 people.
They helped to get at stage 1, doesn’t mean they will help you get to stage 2. It was hard to get, people will not grow as fast as you, plus you've got to be comfortable with that, you gotta be ok with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I would like to build various businesses and become in the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…
Developing “Thick Skin” is one of the greatest assets you'll have in your life and in business, when you're not phased by competition, what others think of you, what others say, whoever they may be, you commence and live from the location of owning your greatness.
I welcome criticism / feedback, nevertheless it never affects me, people see the world since they are much less the planet since it is.
My industry, the little Website marketing / Multilevel marketing / Home based business Industry absolutely rocks, it can help people become real personal development powerhouses of course, if anyone really sticks from it, her possible ways to help people make huge amount of money.
Oh and yes, its immensely profitable and it also lets you produce a true a second income in the event you really do the work properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists using the network marketing arena.
I see so many will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as residual income or home business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i make over multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, from one income opportunity that so many people talked down on.
And with that one program, i’ve generated an awesome $1.1 Million in commissions.

Today i am the very best Earner in two different companies - Empower Network + MOBE.
Many people in this industry will look down at MLM’s / Multi-level marketing / Network marketing business models and possess some sort of stupid viewpoint with this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have talked about if they would start from scratch they would enter the field of Multi-level marketing.
But, returning to the stupid individuals with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad exposure to others trying to sell for them
2) they joined one once they was young and new and couldn’t allow it to be in to a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I obtained into this industry after which made my first million because space, i proceeded to build millions more Beyond this space, so again systems work, people fail.
When i would be a newbie and i’d follow these so named Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home based businesses etc, it could create so much controversy within me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t wish to accomplish anything because i felt what will my friends think of me and just what will those big marketers think of me…
Then i basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do things i want
And that’s once i was a millionaire.
I’d just take them off from my well being, now i ignore them - mainly really his or her words have no impact or no value if you ask me.
AKA i couldn’t offer a shit about the subject.
Each to their personal, and that i respect everyone - i’ll always love your home business industry, in case you are in it, don’t quit, don’t stop, learn the things which Top Earners are going to do and you may reap the rewards of the greatest dreams.

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection From the Only One Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, that one - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even though they pay for it.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant and i believe i’m much better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my best, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my time so much, where i don’t prefer to waste it on anything that doesn’t fulfil me.
The idea of time is very fascinating. Learning and committing to Mastering the foundations with the 80/20 this is like maybe among my top 3 strategies of creating success and generating millions of dollars, you must learn this topic - buy Perry Marshall’s book on 80/20.
I have already been students from the topic 80-20 from the time i used to be a new in this industry and i'll continue being.
Exercise your value per hour, mine has become $2,000 each hour. I don’t like to do things that will not yield very much.
In my laptop i've this post it note : “Is What I’m Doing Now Worth $10,000 Per Hour” ?
Because we have learned no matter what i attempt - the most i can be is 3 solid hours of pure productivity.
For me it’s writing e-mail, doing big deals on traffic buys, sometimes i’ll buy $50,000 price of traffic in a single day and so i gotta make certain i’m all game for saving money and finding the optimum that can deliver and artistic thinking.
Which means you take your ideal income during the day, then you divide by 3 hours and you work with your highest leverage tasks to the.
I’m very strict with who i hang out with, what i do because time, and the feelings, energy, thoughts which come from in a place where my own time is spent.
We have no room in my life for negativity, people whining, complaining, bitching and moaning. No dram and leeches needed, let’s just say i've had my great number, lol.
My big lesson for Time is the fact that, everything in life - you may get much more of, more customers, more income, more cars, more houses, more watches more XYZ….
That which you can’t get is a lot more time.
It’s exactly the only element of the world that we can’t buy, well you could should you hire lots of people lol.
I respect time a whole lot and i expect everybody else to take action, after all it’s the only thing i can’t afford to buy much more of!
People have the identical A day, now you have to consider of the way spent those A day, since the difference between somebody that is successful and someone who is not (yet) is the place they spend their day, you do low leverage activities and the other does higher level activities.

I never will be among those individuals who says, oh i will have spent more time with my children. After travelling alot, i’ve seen a lot of people just aren’t in “touch” using their families, their siblings and so i made a very conscious decision to be committed to be with my family, serve them well. Even very little nowadays, my loved ones provides me with a great deal richness and joy.

I have a very deep funnel that let’s customers progress and spend a lot of cash, i’ve had one client spend over $100,000 with me.
I’ve created multiple streams of income, many are more profitable than these, by having a responsive list i will easily do six figure launches within my list without any headache, merely a well considered e-mail promo.
I also look for new business organisations i will create and create my own category, whilst everyone was selling small solo ads, i created SoloAdsAgency which by itself had been a million dollar business within just 12-18 months.
The deeper, the greater optimised the funnel is - the greater cash you’ll make.
